  We bake a lot of extra features into WordPress.com, so we don’t allow plugin uploads.

  What do you want to do exactly?

  If you’re trying to use a plugin, and it’s not working, I recommend you contact the plugin developer.

  We can only support sites hosted at WordPress.com.
