plug in access not showing up

  We are having an issue on our website with payments not being accepted. I believe a plug in needs to be updated. When I try to the plug in page I get a blank screed. Please help. Thank you

  Hi!

  The issue appears to be that the account that you are posting from is not an administrator on rcimetalworks.com. Only administrator accounts can change plugins. You’ll either need to ask site owner to make this account an administrator, or log in with an account that is already an administrator.

  Does that make sense?
