  I cannot access my plug-ins and my Elementor customizations have disappeared

  Hello there,

  It looks like the business plan has not renewed and would need to be purchased on the site.

  This can be done via My Site > Upgrades > Plans and then proceed to purchasing the Business plan.

  Once purchased, you would need to check that all of the required themes and plugins are activated.
