Plug in and theme error

    I updated a few of my pages then left the computer…came back and my theme was gone, my plugins were gone and it won’t let me reinstall either of them. This is the error I get on the plugin install screen, Could not create directory. /home/algonqui/public_html/puppydogstraining.com/wp-content/plugins/easy-privacy-policy/
