Plug-In directory already exists

  When I try to install Elementor, it gives me an error and says that thebdirectory already exists. But when I open up my cPanel, the WP-content folder doesn’t even exist. There isn’t anything in the cPanel that references WP.

  Can you please confirm your website’s address? It sounds like you’re having a self-hosted WordPress website.
