plug in for Comments-Images.1.5.zip

  I downloaded the plug in from wordpress.org. But I do not have in the dashboard on left column the plug-in button to click on to install. Do I need to upgrade to a newer version for my blog? If so, how do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is not FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  There is no upgrade that you can purchase from WordPress.com that provides FTP access,the ability to install plugins, and access to the php underlying our blogs to templates or themes on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
