Plug in issue

  Hey guys –
  A few problems.
  1. When I’m logged in and go to the dashboard I do not see the “PLUG IN” option on the left. I do not have a premium account, just the free one… does that matter?
  2. The plug in I have found to use is this (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/custom-contact-forms/) to insert a CUSTOM FORM. I am aware of the one offered on the page where you can do a new post but I need some more (specifically the ability to export the data).
  3. I have no clue what format of WP I’m using. I’m seeing I have to use 3.0+ but don’t see anything telling me what I’m using. Everything I Googled didn’t help (view source, bottom of the page, etc)

  If you’re asking about siskeystaff.wordpress.com, then any instructions you’re reading for wordpress.org do not apply.

  You can’t find what you’re looking for on the dashboard because it isn’t there. Plug-Ins are not permitted here.
