plug in issue

    Your Order section is greyed out. The settings section is completely blank. I have tried everything. The settings section for them,e options and plugin does not even appear.

    Please contact WooCommerce support directly for help with their plugin. The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and we can only help with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    I paid $125 through my wordpress dashboard to fix my plug in issues. The payment was taken through paypal. I have not recieved anything from customer service. No scheduling for the IT Ticket, no confirmation email, and no notification regarding my paid IT service. Is anyone going to contact me from customer service? I paid for the IT services.

    This is the public support forum for sites hosted on WordPress.com. We do not provide support for sites hosted on other providers (such as your westleysurplus.com site on hostgator)

    I can also confirm that I do not see any purchases that you have made with us directly. You can see here that you have no purchase history with us when you look here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    I’m not sure who you purchased IT help with, but it was not through WordPress.com as we do not offer this as a service. Some other company perhaps? What is the name of the plugin you are having issues with?
