  I am trying add plugins but it does not give me the option. I was told this was available through wordpress.org. I tried that but I could not get through the download process.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, to add plugins you must be hosted elsewhere and use the .org version of WordPress. WordPress.org has its own support forum at
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  You might also get support for your download difficulties from your web hosting company.
