Plug-in / network solutions host problem

  I host my blog through Network solutions. Everything worked fine until today. When I tried to update / install some plugins I kept getting this message:

  Username/Password incorrect for

  To perform the requested action, connection information is required.
  Hostname localhost
  Username ftp….
  Password …….

  Called Network Solutions but they weren’t very helpful. Checked the forums and tried to reset the ftp permissions as suggested, but no luck. I have the username and password but when the error page pops up there it will not allow me to change any of the values.

  Any suggestions?
