Plug in option not showing in Dashboard

  I want to upload mailchimp Plugins for my wordpress blog but I dont have a plug in option in my Dashboard Bar. Help?

  you won’t be able to use any plugins except the ones that are built-in already:

  WordPress.com even doesn’t allow to embed code from mailchimp:

  All you can do is to use a little trick, described by @jessedp in this older support thread:
