  I really need the WP Ultimate Search Plug In. I am disappointed that I can’t add it myself…

  You don’t need to be disappointed. You can hire a web host and set up a WordPress.org install and your will have FTP access and the ability to upload plugins. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I have blogged here for over 7 years without plugins. Specifically which plugin are you on about. Eaxctly what does it do? We may have a widget or a workaround you can use.

  Also given the fact you did not appear to know the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, it takes some gall to copy and paste the information in the support documentation on differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org and try to pass that off as a blog post.

  thank you, actually I have posted the differences between WP.com and WP.org. I just happy if WP.com support plugin too. :D
