  I need the plug-in Regenerate Thumbnails, but I do not have the plug in area in the admin. Can you please do that? https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/installation/

  naomi04, WordPress.com generates thumbnails on the fly and uses a globally distributed network to serve them. That means you shouldn’t need the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin here. Images should just work.

  I need help to Extract the archive in your modules directory (usually path/to/worpdress/wp-content/plugins)
  Log into your site as admin user and navigate to the plugins adminstration page
