Plug-In Tab

  Hello,

  I have installed WordPress and I went to install some Plug-Ins but I do not have a Plug-Tab can anyone help please It should have been under Appearance Tab I’m sure but it’s not there

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

  FTP access and plugins are only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.
