Plug-in to embed YouTube videos with multiple time stamps!

  I want to do exactly what the person in this forum post suggested: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/embed-youtube-video-multiple-timestamp-links?replies=2. I want to use this feature on music videos within my site so that I can hyperlink my comments about the music to trigger a particular point in the video.

  There are so many plug-ins that let WordPress.org users enhance their videos in this way, and these plug-ins add unprecedented dimensionality to their readers.

  I don’t have the knowledge or resources to host my website on WordPress.org, so I am using WordPress.com (which, don’t get me wrong, offers so many great features). From all of the research I’ve done, it really seems like a relatively simple add-on to include enhanced YouTube embedding, timestamping, and chaptering into the WordPress.com experience.

  Access to this feature would elevate my blog to an entirely new level of quality. I really hope WordPress considers adding such a plug-in for their .com users.
