Plug-in Updates

  I am needing to update the plugins for our website, but I am not able to do so through the methods shown on the WordPress help forum. I do not have all of the menu options that are shown there. I do not have the ‘Home’ and ‘Updates’ options under the Dashboard section. I also don’t have the Plugins section. Help please!!
