I can’t figure out how to put a code for a plug in/widget on my blog. I read all info in it and I’m still lost. I would appreciate any info. Thank you.

Search the Support page is the only way to get proper documentation.
And on the Support page…WordPress.com users won’t find a Plugins tab in the Dashboard.

There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
