Plug-in WordPress Rocket Writer

  Is it possible to plug-in WordPress Rocket Writer to WordPress.com? Must I used WordPress.org? I know I have to pay for the plug-in as a purchase.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install plugins.

  FTP access and plugins are only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

  I certainly am not interested in the VIP wordpress. Would the wordpress.org for $3.95 a month support the WordPress Rocket Writer Plug-in. Otherwise, is there a WordPress.com plug-in that is free be similar to the WordPress Rocket Writer?
