  I am a newb and need to figure out…
  Where is the plug-ins option?
  I want to start installing lots of plug-ins, but can’t seem to find where the plug-ins section is in my dashboard. Please help!

  Most popular plugin functionality is already included in the WordPress.com sites automatically.
