  I have your free page for a site. I want to add a plug in do I need to buy a plan for that or can I add a plug in on my current free plan

  Plugins are built-in at WordPress.com, and can’t be uploaded.

  Is there something in particular you’d like to do? I’m happy to help!

  Chris, can I add an e-commerce plug in (is Simple e commerce shopping cart a good easy one?) to my free website or do I have to have a premium site? I pay for space upgrade and domain name… artfoodhome.com

  Plugins can’t be uploaded at WordPress.com, as I mention, but we do allow PayPal button embedding at no charge.
