  I am trying to send my blog to a group of people. I got to know that I can do it with plug-ins. I don’t understand how to upload plug-in and how to get my things done. If you can help me through this it will be great.

  Plugins can’t be uploaded here at WordPress.com, since we preinstall a bunch for you already. :)

  If you want to invite your friends to follow your blog, you can do that:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/#how-to-invite-people-to-your-site

  Just make sure to add them as followers, unless you want to give them access to publish posts.
