  Hi, I’m new to WordPress (I have the Premium plan) and am trying to find the ‘PlugIns’ section in admin, I have watched lots of videos (all with the plug in option there), but it’s not there on mine, the only options I have are: Dashboard, Store, Posts, Media, Links, Pages, Testimonials, Portolio, Comments, Feedback, Appearance, Users, Tools & Settings. The reason I want the plug in is to add JetPack so I can customise my contact forms in more detail. I have also tried to install JetPack from ‘https://wordpress.com/jetpack/connect/install’, but it hangs on this link, any help will be much appreciated

  Hi rorymcgall,

  The videos you’ve watched may be outdated in relation to WordPress.COM, but are likely geared towards self-hosted sites using WordPress.ORG

  Plugins cannot be added to sites here on WordPress.COM, but a lot of the functionality popular plugins is included.

  You might also find this page useful!

  Because you have the Premium plan, you can customise your contact forms with CSS, so you’re good to go there!

  Hi cobalteye,

  Thanks for getting back to me. The contact form customisation I wanted was to automatically send a reply, but from reading the links you kindly sent through, I now see that isn’t possible using WordPress.COM.
