  I am a site administrator but I’m not able to add the plug in Power Press. What do I need to do to fix this?

  Hi there,

  since you are using WordPress.com you cannot install every plugin you wish to. Rather, you have a list of plugins compatible with WordPress.com which you can have at look at here:

  If I pay for a basic membership can I install plugins?

  No, that doesn’t make a difference. As you are using WordPress.com there’s no possibility to upload/install other plugins than the ones being mentioned here https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  Only on a selfhosted version of WordPress.org you’re allowed to install whatever plugin you please. You can get more information about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org at https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
