  How to install contact form 7 plugin.

  It says to “Upload the entire contact-form-7 folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory”, but I cannot find that on my Dashboard.

  Plugins can’t be used on WordPress.com:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  However we do have a Contact Form tool you can use:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
