  Hello, I have recently started a wordpress site and want to install plug ins. At the moment i am not in a financial position to upgrade to the Premium plan that allows this. Please can you tell me another way to install plug ins without having to be in the most expensive plan? Can i pay a one off fee per plug in for example?

  Blogger installed plugins and third party or custom themes cannot be used on WordPress.COM hosted sites unless you have a Business Plan http://wordpress.com/plans/

  Also note that if you upgrade to a Business plan and install plugins, and then downgrade to a lower plan, the plugins and all features unique to the Business plan will no longer be available for your use.
