  Im trying to manually upload a plug in, and Im watching a video thats shows them going to dashboard, and right under the word appearance is plug ins. I cant find the word dashboard on my site!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In order to install plugins, you would need to upgrade to the Business plan.

  The Dashboard (wp-admin) is the first screen you see when you log into the administration area of your blog. You can get to this dashboard by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s url (e.g.: example.wordpress.com/wp-admin)
