  Can you please advise why I cant upload the really simple plug in?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Do you have a Business plan with WordPress.com?

  Uploading a plugin is allowed on Business accounts only. (If you have a different type of paid plan, uploading a plugin will not work – only a Business plan can upload.)
