  i am not able to add Plugins on my website or cant see the available ones too

  Are you looking forward to adding plugins to site hosted here on WordPress.com? Is it for monk455443720.wordpress.com?

  To add any third-party plugins here on WordPress.com requires a Business plan upgrade. Any site on a free WordPress.com plan doesn’t have outside plugin capabilities. Here is more on the business plan upgrade:
