Thanks for checking in about this message. Looking at the site provided caldwellwritesdotcom.wordpress.com I can see that it is not eligible to use third party plugins. There has never been a paid hosting plan or other purchase made on the account either, so there’s nothing expired or in need of renewal. Perhaps this issue is happening on a different site? Please share the URL with us and we can have a better look.
