  i cant install any plug ins and i want to install astra and i know is free but is said only for business plan available

  Plugins and third-party themes like Astra are only available on the Business and eCommerce plans. However, all our plans, including the Personal you’ve just upgraded, have many advanced tools built-in that allows you to design and develop your site without the need for a third-party tool like Astra.
