  I created a new site sewliciousdecor.wordpress.com but when I go to the DASHBOARD there is not an option to click on for PLUGINS. Can anyone tell me how to install plugins?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons.

  If you require a blog with plugins then you need to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install. Please read WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences and know that there is no upgrade you can purchase that will provide FTP access and plugins on a free hosted WordPress.com blog.
