plug ins

    I can’t find the plugins installed subpanel on the administration part of my blog site – can anyone help me? Its frustrating because I saw someone else have this problem and it has never been resolved. Here is the section under HELP for support:

    Plugins allow you to add new features to your WordPress blog that don’t come standard with the default installation. There are a rich variety of Available Plugins for WordPress, and with the following SubPanels, plugin installation and management is a snap.

    Plugins at wordpress.COM. Plugsins are for self-hosted blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG only.
