  We do not allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  However, we do try to incorporate as much of the functionality of popular plugins as we can.

  Here’s how you can use Pinterest on your site:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/embed-from-pinterest/

  As for Easy Recipe, we have had requests for that in the past, and it’s possible we may try to build in a recipe widget in the future. To weigh in on that idea, see:
