  Where is “plug-ins” on my dashboard? I am using a .org site.

  http://cshedfoundation.org/ is hosted on WordPress.COM so you have no Plugin feature – security and reliability issue

  it is where you are hosted not the extension of your domain name that determines if you can install Plugin’s
