Plug ins???

  I am so confused. I was told that wordpress.com would support plug ins for sights that have a host outside of wordpress, yet, i can’t seem to add a plug in. Nor, can i call any kind of tech support. Can someone please help me out on this?! I am trying to create a slider on my blog. I have an outside host and have had no luck figuring it out.

  If you have website hosting, you should be using wordpress.ORG which you can find more information on here http://wordpress.org

  These are the wordpress.COM forums which are for wordpress.COM users, who cannot use plugins, and whose websites are hosted by wordpress.
