The effect you described following is called Lightbox.

Please click on this plugin search query and find which plugin suits you. Among other criterion, make your choice based on the star rating (Check under Ratings section to the right of any plugin page) of any particular plugin. Good plugins are rated higher by the Community.
Please search for any Store plugins as well.
Also please be aware that you cannot install any plugins in your WordPress.com site/blog. You can only install plugins on your self-hosted WordPress.org site/blog. I am slightly confused as you raise dthe plugins question on WP.com forums. Ij case you are unaware, here are the WP.org forums.

If your videos are one of the following listed services: http://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds#oEmbed , you don’t need any plugin.

You can watch video without enter inside the page, it’s really nice plugin.I wish you help me to give me exactly like them or different with nice effects and with example how to make it.
