  I would like to add BackupBuddy to plugins or make this program work for mywebsite.
  However there is no plug-in option in my Admin menu.
  How should I proceed?

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com has a lot of built-in features that were inspired by popular plugins, but it isn’t possible to install additional plugins on WordPress.com. At WordPress.com, we automatically back up your site to protect it from hacking or a disaster. You can also Export your site’s content if you’d like to keep a backup copy of it on your computer.

  Additional plugins like BackupBuddy can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs (using the software from WordPress.org). You can learn more about WordPress.com and WordPress.org if you’re curious about the differences.
