Plug ins and security

I’m unable to log into my website as it keeps saying it is not a secure site so my browser will not allow me to log in. I’m unable to change it or update it.
Aside from that the plug in for phone usage does not work at all. I have been paying for this site for a few months now and it has not been usable since day 1. -

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
