Plug Ins for Virtual Editor

My website is http”//Lorislittlelesosns.com. It is a website that is connected to word press. As I recently had an issue with Jet pack, and they resolved. Now I am trying to create content and use the links and the buttons do not work. I read all the suggestions, deactivated all plugins . Now I Just added a few plugins. Can I have suggestions to try to resolve this? Itried the other forums and I cannot get my password changed,,so I have three other accounts here.
