Plug Ins question

  I am trying to use wordpress as the website for my podcast. I want to add the Blubrry PowerPress plug in to my site. I have a free account on WordPress.com. When I click the Plug Ins icon under the configure menu all i get is a screen that says ‘Do you want to add a store…?’ and a button that says ‘Upgrade Now.’ Is this a free account limitation, or is this a wordpress.com vs wordpress.org thing? Thanks!

  wordpress .com doesn’t allow you to install your own plugins (such as Blubrry PowerPress). You can only do this with a self-hosted WordPress installation. You can learn more about self- hosted WordPress at http://wordpress.org/
