Plug Ins Screen

  I’m trying to add the plug in through bookfabrik so I can see what I need to do to turn my blog posts into a book. I can’t find my plug ins screen. It isn’t on my dashboard. Instructions tell me to go to my administrator’s page and I’m not really sure where that is either.
