Plug-ins. What is going on?!

  I have a premium wordpress.com site http://blogerigorian.com/ (meaning I paid for the upgrade) but I still don’t have a plug-in button showing.

  Please, please, please help!

  Nothing to help – no upgrade short of the VIP program that starts at $ 30,000/tear lets you use plugins – that is why you have something like 100+ built in Plugin’s – they are called Widgets
