We cannot use plugins on WordPress.com.
There are various flavors of WordPress, so if you must have plugin you should consider using WordPress.org. Here are some details about the differences wp.COM vs wp.ORG

Also note that advertising on WordPress.com is very limited:

Put ads on your site and it will be suspended – no warning

@alondy
You cannot post advertising on your blog here at WordPress.com. There is only one advertising program called WordAds at WordPress.com and it’s for blogs on their own domains. Aside from a blog being accepted into WordAds http://www.wordads.co/ no blogger initiated advertising, retailing or reselling the work or products created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted wordpress.com blogs. E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by WordPress.com. Paid content and/or sponsored content is not allowed.There is no upgrade you can purchase from WordPress.com that changes any of that. If you do require an ecommerce site, advertising, affiliate links, paid or sponsored content you can hire a web host and get a free software install from http://wordpress.org

What is the banner / badge you want to place? If it’s a link to a charity fundraising for a disaster, you can post about it, or have a badge in your sidebar linking to the site, then that would be fine.
If it’s a link to some site which pays you to place the advert, then your blog could be suspended.

Yes. Badge only. The problem here is I don’t know where to put it here. Do you have some instructions to puy the badge?

I am a volunteer and not a staff TOS person, but I suspect that because you are paid for those posts the link could be in violation of the TOS here. I simply do not know.
I’ve added a modlook tag to this topic so you can get an official answer. Please be patient while you wait for a staff response, and subscribe to this thread to be notified of responses.
