  In my blog I don’t find the option of add pluggings. Can you help me?

  WordPress.com has a lot of built-in features that were inspired by popular plugins. Chances are, the feature you are looking for is already there! You can search our support site via this link:

  WordPress.com does not offer the option to install third-party plugins. If you would like more control over plugins and the option to install your own, a WordPress.org setup would be the best solution for you.

  Many thanks pmciano but what I really need is access to a tab within my blog to let me install pluggings option. The real problem is that in my blog configuration menu, I can’t find paragraph pluggings

  As previously stated, WordPress.com does not offer the option to install third-party plugins.

  If you need plugins and want to move your site from WordPress.com to WordPress.org, this will assist you:
