  Hello,

  My blog is pretty basic at the moment and I want to make it better visually. I understand to do this you need to add a plugin but I’ve spent hours trying to find out where and how to do this? Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi,

  On WordPress.com, they include the most popular plugin functionality within their sites automatically, other plugins can’t be added to WordPress.com regardless of the upgrade: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  If you are keen on having buttons on your site, then perhaps you may want to consider self-hosting WordPress where you will have complete control over your site.
