  Hello,
  I can’t find a pluggins option on my dashboard and I was wondering why? Do I have to pay to get pluggins? I’d like to add a contact page to my blog but it seems the only way i can do that is through the Contact Form Pluggin.

  Any help is very appreciated!

  Hi there,

  Plugins can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
