  Although WordPress.com provides some of the popular plugin functionality, it does not allow you to add plugins of your own. This is only available on the self-hosted version of WordPress that is found at WordPress.org.

  Hey, WordPress.com has some restrictions. You will get all kind of plugins when you switch to self hosted wordpress site.
