  on the left panel of my wordpress i can’t see any TAB of Plugin.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t use/add/install plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons:

  BTW, that Tab never existed on blogs hosted by WordPress.com
