  I need to install the Sell Media plugin, although when i downloaded it i can’t find the setup file or something to be able to add it to my webpage. I just want to request a link or directions on how to install this specific plugin.

  Sites hosted at WordPress.com are not able to install plugins. You have access to lots of pre-installed plugins, though:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  Self-hosted (WordPress.org) sites can install their own plugins and themes.
