  When i go to ‘my site’ the plugin button is there​, but there is no ‘add’ button…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  While WordPress.com offers a lot of plugin functionality, you cannot add your own plugins or themes; this is only available on the self-hosted version of WordPress.org.
